Erie Andes Consulting is a DBA of Erie and Andes Group LLC. This notice explains how information submitted through erieandesconsulting.com may be collected, used, and handled.

Information submitted

What the consultation form collects

  • Name and company.
  • Work email and optional telephone number.
  • The business situation or type of support described in the inquiry.
  • The inquiry acknowledgment required before submission.

Please do not submit confidential, regulated, privileged, or otherwise sensitive information through the initial consultation form.

Use and disclosure

How submitted information may be used

  • Review the inquiry and assess whether Erie Andes Consulting may be an appropriate fit.
  • Respond to the person or organization making the inquiry.
  • Protect the website, prevent misuse, and maintain business records.
  • Comply with applicable obligations or respond to lawful requests.

Erie Andes Consulting does not intend to sell personal information or provide submitted inquiry information to unrelated marketing lists. Information may be handled by approved service providers that support the website, form processing, email, security, or business operations.

Current and proposed tools

Service providers and analytics

The website is hosted by Webflow, and the consultation form uses Webflow's form system. Form submissions are stored in Webflow, and notification copies are delivered to Erie Andes Consulting’s Google Workspace account for authorized review.

If you choose Allow analytics, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics 4. Google Analytics may use analytics cookies and receive page path, general device and browser information, approximate location, session source and medium, landing path, and limited interaction events such as consultation-CTA clicks, the start of the consultation form, and a successful form submission. Erie Andes Consulting does not send names, company names, email addresses, telephone numbers, inquiry text, full URLs or referrers, mailto or telephone destinations, User-ID, enhanced-conversion data, advertising identifiers, or other form values to Google Analytics. Analytics is off by default, and the consultation form remains available if analytics is declined. Analytics event and user data are retained for two months; Enhanced Measurement, Google Signals, ads personalization, and user-provided data are off. You may change your analytics choice using the control on this page.

Data handling

Retention and access

Erie Andes Consulting retains inquiries that do not become clients for 12 months, then deletes them unless a documented business, legal, or security reason requires longer retention. Access is limited to people who need the information to respond to or administer inquiries. Requests to correct or delete inquiry information may be sent to contact@erieandes.com, subject to applicable retention obligations.

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards will be used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
